Is Stuart M Davis Of Quicken Loans Listening? Truly Listening?

I am one of the many "victims" of the Quicken Loans Good faith deposit scam. To make a very long drawn out story short. I have esentially paid $500.00 for a credit report that I still have not received (since July). I have made 5 attempts to atleast acquire this very expensive report. I was rushed into esigning their disclosure, then upon reviewing realized the figures had changed. I had been also been contacted by an appriaser prior to receiving an approval for the loan. I stated this fact to the appraiser and told her I obviously wasnt ready for the appraisal. I did some research, saw a B - rating from the BBB. (There are many, many more reports, but their rating is better now?) Did some more research, and saw all the posts on how many people had felt RIPPED off by Quicken regarding this Good Faith Deposit. Ultimately I withdrew 28 hours after I esigned the documents. I understand the fact that I did esign the documents, however not only did I believe I had 72 to hours to rescind, I was told this was for an appraisal in which I did not have done. Regardless the $14.37 that was spent on a credit report, is all of the out of pocket expenses they had encured, not $500.00. I have spent a good deal of time trying to get my deposit refunded. I have been told that their "tapes" would be reviewed, and if the numbers changed I would be refunded. Following up with that complaint it changed to "well the figures didnt really change that much". I tried to resolve this matter without involving outside agencies, including usacomplaints.com. I contacted the infamous Kelly, she said she would look into the matter and report back. I never heard back from her. I contacted another Kelly from Quicken and was told she would look into the matter, review the tapes, and get right back to me. I didnt hear back from her until she resonded to the complaint I filed with the BBB over a month later. Then after she changed the time frame of the loan to being 5 days (it was 28 hours), and less than 3 days from the time of the first phone call from Quicken to the withdraw. She offered a credit to do business with them in the future! Of coase I rejected the offer! After all of the lies, and not following through with anything why would I?
While I was researching material on Quicken Loans I ran across an article written by Stuart Davis, the CMO from Quicken loans. The just of the article states he was upset, and felt ripped off because he didnt get his free cup of coffee from Biggby coffee! He contacted someone at Biggby and did end up with his free coffee.in the article he states he was frustrated and very angry about not getting the coffee he felt entitled to. He continues to talk about client relations, and how many clients just want to be heard. Well Stuart I would like to be heard as well! This matter could have saved alot of people alot of time, and headaches had someone "truly listened" to what I had to say! So Stuart If you are really listening, truly listening lets get this matter resolved! I cant help but realize the irony of being upset about not getting a free coffe worth about $1.50, compared to paying $500.00 for nothing!
