In October I looked into refinancing my home with Quicken Loans. They Required before signing any papers to take a Good Faith $500.00 money back No Matter What deposit from me. I gave them a credit card adn they called me back 30 minutes later and said I was approved, They set up an appraisal then did not contact me, ignored my emails for 5 days. Contacted me the day after the appraisal and told me I was not approved. Then when I asked for my money back told me no. I esculated this after going back and forth for my money back to the supervisor who then also was dimeaning to me and told me no once again. They are a rip off company and this need to be dealt with. I called Quicken Loans today 1/1/08 with two other people listening in on the phone to inquire about refinancing with out giving any personnal information, and asked them does it cost me any money. They again today said it would be a good faith $300 to $400 dollers that I would recieve credit back to my account No Matter if the loan went through or not. They are still out there ripping off people! I can't stand this anymore. Something needs to be done.
