LM canceled my homeowners policy and their customer service rep admitted that no notice was sent as is required by law. I found out when a refund check came in the mail 7 days after the policy was terminated. They said they canceled it because someone drove by the house and reported the roof in poor condition, even though that was disclosed in the appraisal prior to buying the policy. I was uninsured for 7 days with no knowledge, and their CSR could only say "sorry about that, " then had the gall to ask me for a receipt for the roof repair and they'd reactivate. Never going to use them again.
