I purchased a car, and also the man I purchased the from explained he'll be likely to the dmv to look after the documents, and not stated the restoration was move due, after I got the papers to dmv to alter the possession, the dmv explained that I should spend the pastdue which was within the car before I purchased the car, and my issue is just why may dmv drive me to cover cash that's possessed them by someone else.
