Unauthorized charge to credit card

I've an unauthorized cost of $44.95 billed to my charge card on October 21 using the notation: DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.com MN

After I joined the email address it raised the Issues Board. Did Problems Panel cost me without agreement the $44.95? If and so I need that cost corrected and a reason provided by having an email in my experience at [email protected] detailing the problem and its own resolvement.
