Item billed for twice on declaration, but can't on pc due to accident

I had been billed twice for that same anti virus on my charge card

I can't make use of the product since after I bought, my pc failed and that I no further have use for item. Iwant my card acknowledged for that quantity of $58.98 and $66.98. Both were billed on Oct. 22 on Learn.
