I've a checking, preserving and company checking with Business subsequently and today TD bank. I've life insurance premium that car withdraw about the 15th each month. I arrived in 9/16/09 to close all 3 records. On 11/2/09 I receive a call from TD bank rep saying that I owe TD bank $456.09 and $35 over draft fee for the auto withdraw made on 10/15/09. I had been outrage, just how can that be, the consideration continues to be sealed for weeks.
I arrived into the nearby department with my removing bill and convince them the consideration continues to be shut 30 days preceding. They're eliminating the $35 facility charge but need their $456.09 back.
My problem to TD bank supervisor is that this:
1."I shut 3 balances on a single evening, why 2 reports is shut and 1 left open?"
2."Since shut consideration continues to be available, I really could show up towards the table and withdraw $500 as well as your teller can give it in my experience?"
Both Supervisor and help supervisor couldn't reply.
The supervisor then threating to place it thru selection. I told them to keep in touch with my lawyer.
