Issue not resolved/Poor service

I bought a faulty IPOD in the acyis in Henderson, NV via the in store ZoomSystem. The shop wouldn't take results dircting me to cope with ZoomSystems. They got my info and stated they'd contact me within 3 times. After seven days with no contact, I approached them again, simply to need to replicate the procedure. About the next demand, I eventually received instructions to ship the IPOD to San Bruno, CA for their Customer Support Dept. I'd to deliver it, covered, at my cost. It's been three months WITHOUT ANY contact from their website. I've tried contacting and emaling Macyis, ZoomSystems and can't obtain the position of repairs. I'm currently being billed plus attention on the purchase that I delivered for them without any handle. Icant actually obtain the standing on which, if something, they're performing using the defective gear and despite all my initiatives, cant obtain a right response/simply moving the dollar. I'll no further proceed to complete business with Macy's or any internet of ZoomSystems, may inform everybody I interact with to complete exactly the same. It is extremely insufficient client serviceis beyond reproach in todays culture!
