So you will be blacked mail for the rest of your life, he will send you a confused letters once to let you know he is going to help you and the other that he want to forclose on your property, once he will return your payment and the one he will accept the payment! He will also make you pay money in escrow and then he will foreclose on your house and take a very good kick back from the investor and the real estate broker.
