Beware! Beware! Beware! Ocwen is a fraud modification company.
They only want your home. My husband lost 11,000.00 a year and they kept us thinking they would help us for 4 months. They sent us a letter advising us to put our home up for sale or foreclose.
How can they get away with this. They also told my husband on the phone 2 days before they denied us, it didn't look good... You don't make enough to pay for any mortgage. Do you know how degrading my husband felt as the provider? We are not perfect with our credit in any way raising 7 children, but we would do anything to keep our home!!!
Someone please explain what we did wrong!
I thought i understood the "hamp program" to be for those that are behind and didn't want to forclose. They have no right telling us we need to foreclose!!!
If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit against this fraud company im in... God's grace be with you all in this same mess.
