Unexplained charges of over limit fee... They keep adding them on. Portland Oregon

I have had an account with FCNB for years. From my understanding they have closed. I, of course keep my payments up.

However I have been paying an over limit fee of $35.00 every month for 6 months now. My bill came yesterday and the balance was over by $9.00 and they charged an OLF..

SO I tried to call and we can only use US mail now to contact them. So while I was on the phone I listened about my balance. ANd then it said I owed an Additional $35.00 for OLF. $35.00 over the copy of the balance I had in my hand. I have tried for12-14 months now to get this paid off and even doubling my payments but some how I am always over the limit.

I have not used this card for sometime now (months) I know at this point I am being cheated. I thought I'd write to the Credit bureaus to notifly them of the happening.
This is stressful and finding the time to do all this is nil to non... Help!
