When MYCFAB called my home in first time on 11, before i agree to join I asked them can you work my mortgage account. They said we will work all your account sir. So i joined and they took $795 from my credit card which was the only one card in good standing.
As soon as MYCFAB said they cannot work on my mortgage account i cancelled my account on 12 and they agreed to refnund $695 within 30 days. On january i called them, they said their computer was down it will fix this month and i will get my refund within february second week.
Then i called again in march they said i will get my refund soon. Then i called on may they send an application for refund to fill up. I filled application and send it back. After 2 weeks on june they called me and said it will take 90 days to process.
I called them on october second week they appologized but they are not able to say when i can get my refund. From january to now i am paying 16% of interest on my credit card for $695.
