Rudy Mcleary started our modofication and once the papers were filed and the ball was rolling we got the run around. They promised to get our mortgage reduced from $2600 to $1700 and get $20,000 to $30,000 knocked off our principle. For the next 4 months every call we made to them me were passed to someone new to work with then the calls and e mails just stopped getting responses all together. They charged us $2500 to start the modification and another $2500 3 months later. After 4 months our lender notified us that we owed them $10,000 and had 3 months to pay or lose our house, they claimed no one from PFF had contacted them and no negotiations were going on. After 8 months PFF notified us that the negotiations were going on. 11 months later the contacted me and said negotiations were over, we were to pay $2400 a month and $30,000 had been added to our principle due to faults and late fees and etc. And that was that, there was nothing they or we could do about it they claimed. I`m in debt more now than when i first went to PPF, they screwed my BIG TIME! They cost me $35,000 for my loan modification and it wasn`t hardly changed at all!
Same with the Debt consolidation Dept. At PFF. I was getting claims and lawsuits filed against me and PFF said they could stop the calls, claims and lawsuits and start rebuilding our credit for $1200 to start working with the creditors, then $400 a month. I paid them that for 9 months and nothing on my credit was touched. I`m still getting the calls lawsuits and claims against me and they all claim no one was contacted by PFF. So where did that $3600 go and the $1200 to get it started? Another $4800 gone thanks to PFF. Thats almost $40,000 its cost me to work with these people and they got almost $10,000 of that. Peoples first financial stuck it to me and my family good, don`t trust them! They are rip offs!!
