Greenpoint Credit has ruined mine and my family's life. They have been charging us with insurance on a 1998 Horton mobile t home that we do not owe. We have had insurance the whole time with a local agent.
Greenpoint is taking our payments and taking out insurance payments through them and saying that we are only making partial payments. They have placed on my credit that I have been 30 days late with my payment numerous times.
We still owe as much on the mobile home as the day we bought it pretty much. We have tried to resolve this matter by faxing them the policy, but we can't get results. Please help!
