Ordered the immediate search for any unpaid money (government or otherwise) for a $2.74 set-up fee with guarantee and risk free trial for 7 days ($49 less the $2.74 to be charged if not cancelled within 7 days). That was on 10/18/09. Called both numbers from the website (customer service at 888-836-6525 and to order verification at 877-258-3442) on 10/21/09 in order to cancel the service and could not reach either number. Phone kept going back to a dial tone. Now that they have my card number I have to go down to bank, cancel the card, and reset all of my automatic payments to a new card number because I could not reach the service.
This was definitely a rip-off. Beware!
