Sending me letters each year of my name

I am paying them on time and when income tax season comes again they send me a notice about my social security number and name. I told them look i file my taxes under my maiden name because i never changed it from my maiden to marriage and plus i sent them information of my divorce and etc i am paying my bills and etc. So i put in a call to my accountant and let him beaware of it also gmac stinks
