This seems to be happening across the Country and it would be nice to see something done about it. For no reason I was sent a letter notifying me that FCNB would not be renewing my card.
I've made all payments on time, have been charged late fees and over the limit fees. I used to be able to access my account online - this site is no longer available. I sent my June payment with my changes of address - I never recieved my July statement so I tried to call them to make sure they have my new address - there is no customer service any longer and no website to get account information.
Apparently writing to the PO address does not insure any kind of response. I too need help - my credit cannot take another bad mark on it. This company has already cost me some points -stating that I'm late on bill pay.
