I have the worst mortgage agreement ever... My fault. My problem is with Customer Service. You can't get a phone number off their Web page, they want you to E-mail them. Well I did.in April. With a very descriptive question about the penalty they have on my mortgage.in May, no response, so I E-mail for status. They have no record.in May, I E-mail again. Today is June 26th, no response received. I do not have any problems with my payments being late, ever.
I make one extra payment a year. I consider my mortgage one of the most important bills I have, as I think most people do too, Why then, is "Customer Service" so hard to receive. All, I want is a person to answer my question. I don't need this runaround. I'm too busy working to pay my MORTGAGE.
