The popular radio Ad "Turning Debt into Weath" leaves people in more debt than wealth. You think you are ordering the free CD, however what they send you is the entire CD program that costs $400.00. You get a 30 day trial from the day you receive the program but you better keep track because after what they consider 30 days you are stuck paying for the entire program. I ran into the situation. I didn't receive my program until September 8th, however when I called on October 5th after the company having debted my account for the first $60.00 payment I was told I received the package on August 27th and since I was over 30 days I could not return the program nor get refunded. I explained I onlyed ordered the free CD and authorized them to debit $6.95 from my account. The customer service rep promptly told me I should have known by the size of the package what was in it. I had not opened the package at that time. I was also told that if I attempted to return the package or cancel the card I would be put into collections. I also got so sorry about your situation and too bad I didn't call sooner. I got no notice that my account would be debited nor did I authorized them to debit my account. I am so furious that I have contacted several lawyers and filed several complaints. Please do not give any card infomation to companies or something like this could happen to you. Next time I'll check out the company instead of believing what I hear. John Cummuta is wealthy because of individuals like me not because of his program.
