Company promised to supply me with Mortgage leads based upon a certain Zip Code and area. Sent them $1500.00 on a Credit Card. They where supposed to supply me with 40 leads that where supposed to be within a 50 mile radius of my Business. I received a total 6 leads from them and these leads where all over 200 miles away.
I tried to negotiate with them and gave them ample time to correct their mistake, however they would refuse my calls, say that they weren't there and would call me back and the calls never came. I finally ran a report thru the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles, www.labbb.org and found out that this company is a giant fraud and they are worthless. They have had several complaints filed against them and that the Federal Trade Commission was looking into the matter.
I sent them a letter in Dec. Of 2002 stating that I wanted my money back and have tried to continue contact with them for several months and they still refuse to take my calls.
I talked with several people there including, Scott Christianson, Jonathon Taylor, a sales rep named Joseph, who is the person who sold me the package to begin with and I have attempted to contact the main owner of Hollywood Marketing, Scott Scag.
These people need to be put out of business and into jail for all of the money that they have ripped off from people like me. There have been over 10,000 companies affected by this. 10,000 at at least $1500.00, that is alot of stolen money.
