Money taking out my checking account

I've proof that funds have now been getting out-of my bank account in the Lender of America. I've spoken to many detectives about my hand-writing and also the spelling of my title that's spelled incorrected about the table bebit and money withdrawal falls. I can't get any support. I've started the procedure to get a civil action situation.
