BOA BOFA Typical Bank of America Complaint

I hate Bank of America. I put up with them for a long time. Transactions would pend for nearly a week. They would accumulate over the weekend. So one weekend I made a mistake, I overspent. Unfortunately the smallest of all my pending transactions were Red Box rentals. 6 Separate rentals for 1.05 each. Each one had a fee for 35. I know that you can call and get like 2 fees back or whatever according to a few websites. But I didnt waste my time. Too pissed. Swore they would never get another dime out of me as long as i lived. And they haven't. I starting keeping track of every dime. I log in a lot and check everything. Make sure everything matches to the penny. The only thing i noticed unusual is transactions would disappear for a couple of days and then reappear posted. Could be a "glitch". But i think its just to mess people up who rely solely on the banks website.
Believe it or not i only left the bank because of the 45 minutes one way to the nearest branch. Since all the local banks sucked and my husband is a injured war veteran, we switched to USAA. Thats when i realized BOA is in it for the money. They know what their doing. They know that most Americans are too busy to keep that close of an eye on their finances. The ones who live paycheck to paycheck are probably the ones who have the least amount of time to watch their banks like a hawk. I know i dont. But i figured after those weeks of going without decent food and toilet paper to catch back up again, it was a must and i can consider it a third job now to monitor my bank.
At USAA nothing is pending for 3 or more days. It usually posts immediately which shocked me compared to the way BOA does. I pumped gas and before I made it home that night it had already cleared. It says in big bold letters that it is pending if it does not immediately clear.
They go from smallest to largest instead of largest to smallest.
BOA is a rip off. But so are all the rest except for a few that are impossible to find.
