This company has raised the mortgage every six months for five years. They continue to increase their insurance coverage on a mobile with holes in floor that people can fall through.
They do not respond when they do get a late payment they just keep calling everyone they can find. They have not sent messages to us but have called my sons former inlaws. Go figure.
They do not communicate internally. We can not return calls because Chris Phillips is never there or available. Yet he is the only name we have.
They work with the park where the mobile is located (Santiago Parkside Estates) but not with the owner/buyers.
