Bank Of America
B of A, BOA ATMs not working, excessive overdraft fees, changing policies without proper notification. They just keep reinventing ways to take your money

I work for a company that unfortunatley does business with bank of america. After work when I go the the bank to make the deposit, I use there atm at that location to my personal banking. One night the atm vestibule was not opening using the bank card entry system they have in place, so I had to take a bus to another location knowing that I needed to make a deposit into my own account that night.
I got to another location that night and made my deposit (AFTER THERE 8:00 ATM CUT OFF) then went home and logged on to my boa account and saw the money availible in my account, so i transfered money to cover a check that had not yet been posted.
I went to bed feeling good knowing that I got the money in the account in time. The next morning when I went into the account I saw the check had come through but I was now negative on 10 items ($350).
I called to complain about there busted atm vestebule and to argue the fact that the policy was "NO MORE THAN (5) $35 dollars could be charged in a single day", but apparently some time a couple of months ago they changed it to (10) without notifing my in writting.instead they said the EMailed me a web link and said it was up to me to read it.
I contacted my local branch to tel them what happened and they pushed me off on the branch with the faulty equipment.
I explained to one of the employees there what happened and she was unable to reverse the charges and that it was up to the managers discretion. The manager at that location was rude and treated me like I was an idiot for letting my account go negative in the first place. She said that there was already "too many funds credited" back and thats that. The funds that were credited back was for another employee error that deactivated my overdraft protection and now that was being held against me.
Now the company that used to hold my mortgage is now Bank Of America. That scares the crap out of me.
I'm refinancing the first chance I get to get away from this evil empire.
If i treated my customers the same way BofA treats theirs, I would probably be arrested. They should be investigated.
