Non payment, no refund given

I paid $2000 for that which was informed and offered in my experience was a flat card by which I'd get particular profits back every month in the revenue of GIT. I never noticed one cent and was informed I really could obtain a return. Soon after they launched a declaration declaring that the reimbursement is likely to be provided, they declined all telephone calls and was never ready to get hold of them again.
