I'd a car loan with SunTrust Bank since 2004.in July I created the 60th cost (the final cost based on the mortgage contract to get a whole of $66,000). I then begin receiving calls from SunTrust declaring that I still owe $3300! They stated I'd more than 20 late fees and curiosity about the late fees. Never once in 5 years did SunTrust inform me that the late charge was billed to my bill.
I usually shipped my funds in and permitted sufficient time for this to achieve them. About the bill assertion they delivered me, the late charge was billed about the 22nd of every month and would not you realize it-my funds usually published about the 23rd.
I've sent all of them of the copies of each check which was created for that mortgage and bank statements. They're reluctant to work-this out. They're currently threatening to repo the vehicle and record me late towards the credit agencies until I spend them-this $3300 instantly.
It's definitely legal that banks do that. I'm the 3rd person in my own neighborhood that's had the precise thing occur with SunTrust.
