In May we had a terrible wind and hail storm. The same time okc and missouri had the bad tornados. I reported to my insurance co. That I needed an adjuster to come out I had some wind damage to my roof & I had 2 leaks. The hail had pummeled my cen. Heat &air condenser outside, my front door was ripped off the hinges you get the picture.
Well before the adjuster came out we had another bad storm the following wk. Finally after begging to get the adjuster out to my house I finally gave up& contacted a contracter to assess the damage & write me an estimate.
Long story short when the ins.Co. Got his est. The adjuster was at my house in a matter of hours. With an attitude. His name was Wayne Robinson & without lack of a better word he was an a*hole. He estimated the damage at 1100.00 with my 500.00 deductible.
Well I am living with pans to catch the water when it rains my front door is steal hanging and I am still waiting for my insurance check!
