Next, he explained he might possibly require security or insurance to protect the $8,000 mortgage. And so I told him I'd need to make an application for the 'insurance' & that is when he explained I'd need to spend $635.00 (by Western Nation JUST), in advance for your insurance BEFORE 'they' might launch the resources into my consideration (large red-flag), declaring that they've had issues previously t/banks & might JUST accept Western Union Grams.
