Tommy arena and larry brand are the owners of first rate capital. They are theives and should be shut down. When a loan officer closes a deal, they dont like to pay them because tommy is a greedy little man and larry is afraid of tommy. I dont understand how they have gotten away with this for so long. I wouldnt reccomend this company to anyone. This is a very shady company and i have heard that they do shady deals. Please dont put your loans here if you want to be paid.
