We requested a refinance and were rejected benefiting from tale concerning the home downgrading along with a difficulty using the appraisal. I was NEVER advised I'd reduce my $400 deposit, never!!! Today I'm charged $325 for that evaluation and obtain only a little over $65 back. Ripoff with a couple of liars. Ruthless to obtain my cash, then lay about this all!
I'll definately be processing a using the attorney generals office.
The folks who spoke in my experience initially wouldn't return my calls, I then found out on the site there is an issue!!!
