This company stole $1250 last year from my elderly father-in-law who had no idea what he was buying. We contacted NADN and requested that they not contact him again - we were not interested in continuing to do business with them.
They continued to contact him on a regular basis and three weeks later some woman named Heidi convinced him to give them another $1250 which she was able to get by conning him into giving her the routing number on his checking account. The funds were transferred into their account in a matter of minutes. The group NADN was now going under the name SUCCESS MATRIX.
We discovered the transaction 3 days after it occurred. Upon contacting the bank we tried to find out who SUCCESS MATRIX was and how they were able to get the money so easily. We could not get info on the company so we turned it over to the bank fraud division and we called the police and between the two of them they successfully tracked down the company and they refunded our money within a matter of days.
The Bank of America fraud division representative was extremely helpful and said this NADN is a network of many companies going under many different names and they have a HUGE amount of money in their various accounts.
Please try doing this and see if it will help you get your money back. NADN does not want the bank or the police or the government snooping around their companies or accounts so the more people get these helpful organizations the faster they can stop them from ripping off unsuspecting old people.
