Took money out of my saving acct when they did not give me a payday cash advance loan

They got cash out-of my keeping acct without provided me financing. They email me using the notice stating that they might not provide me the loan. But on 8/21/09 tran num# 16599 they required 137.50 out plus they shouldn't have do this. May some observe about that for me personally. Cheers
