There is an earlier report from Susan on this web site which well describes the scam these people are perpetrated. The botton line is that they do not honor their unconditional money-back guarantee. What is worse, they will keep you dangling in search of your refund forever!
But the most galling is the fact that all the while you are continuing to be defrauded, Nick Guarino, in his web broadcasts, continues to profess to be concerned with protecting the financial interests of his subscribers and protecting them from the "thieves and crooks on wall street"! Talk about chutzpah! Really, really disgusting and offensive.
Now the problem is that the operation appears to have no physical presence or assets in the United States. All of the many postal addresses the operation utilizes appear to be private postal boxes. A contract mailer apparently is utilized to mail materials. The 888 telephone number in their solicitation materials is in Ireland.
Now I would like to sue the! @#$%^&*, get a judgment, and force them to return some of their ill-gotten gains. But to do so will be rather costly in view of the way they have the scam structured.
So, if enough other victims would like to join me in a multiple-plaintiff action (to share the costs) I would like to nail these scoundrels and take them down.
