Unauthorized debit to bank account

There has been two unauthorized debits of $19.95 to my banking account from INT*IDPROTECT. I can't get one to reply the 800-number supplied by my lender. I'm needing to shut my banking account to prevent these costs and also have no method of obtaining my cash back. I've no idea what the corporation is or how they got my banking account info.
