Hello,
In July of this year, my wife and I were scammed by Consolidated Resorts, AKA Tahiti Village, Consolidated Resorts Management Company, ASNY, Goldman Sachs. Less than two weeks after our agreement Consolidated (as a subsidiary of firm (s) to be established in a court of law) filed for bankruptcy.
We never received our promised trips, and since Nevada is a state known for it's business friendly environment, we will all need to go to court in Nevada. Nevada is the business nexus, we will have to prove corporate misrepresentation and fraudulent business practices to win any cause of action or contract rescission.
Luckily, I have many collleagues from my law school who now work on a daily basis judges and prosecutors in Clark County, Nevada.
I have read all of the Rippoff.com entries. Class action lawsuits must each be of similar nature in order to establish standing and jurisdiction. That means some of you will not be able to join this lawsuit, unless we can establish federal jurisdiction because of it's financial offerings.
If you have been scammed by Consolidated/Tahiti Village or their parent firms, and are interested in joining a class action lawsuit please forward your complaint and contact information to:
