I was harshly served and then ignored. The man who served me would not let me get into my house and when I tried to contact Pollack & Rosen, PA (Armondo Vasquez, Esq.) they ignored me.
I had a credit card from Bank of America in 2005 and had to file a payment protection plan due to the hurricanes we had and I had become unemployed.
I filled out all forms that were sent to me and filed them, I wrote another personal letter to Bank of America and even went into the Lake Worth branch to get help from management. No-one helped me and they NEVER processed my credit card payment protection service that I signed up for and paid for.
I finally went back to work, part-time, in 2007 and went back to Bank of America to try to solve this issue and they told me "too late" we already put you into collections.
I am now being sued, I have tried to call Pollack & Rosen, only to be ignored. I even left a message that I have copies of all the paperwork I filled out and still nothing. I don't know what else to do and am unfortunately unemployed.
What good are payment protection plans if they don't allow you to use them?
