Same here, if there is a class action suit, please count me in. Eastern Savings Bank, Custom Title & Escrow, and Terrelles "Terry" Epps did a bait and switch. The loan officer Terrelles Epps was not licensed in the state and Eastern Savings Bank knew it. Custom Title & Escrow release funds to without my authority. Count me in on a class action with the high interest rate.
