Bad faith evasion of notice requirements in suing on alleged assignment of purchased credit card debt

Erin Capital Management LLC & Eltman, Eltman and Cooper acquired replaced support on an unfamiliar, unnamed individual in a former address for me personally, that was more than 3 yrs old, and after I'd transferred to some new address within the same region, disconnected my old home telephone in the old address, linked a brand new DETAILED home telephone in the new address, gotten a statement and bank balances in my own title in the new address, informed the Division of Cars, and also the Registrar of Voters of the brand new address. They went of the way of preventing research study to determine my new handle, and seemingly intentionally offered a stranger at an expired, defunct address to prevent delivering notice in my experience of the suit. How is the fact that not dishonest? I'm along the way of studying just how to undo the default view centered on faulty support and insufficient actual notice. I wonder must I not protest towards the State Bar of Florida, and document case centered on dishonest &/or illegal selection methods?

If anybody has already established such experiences together, or proceeded against others for related dishonest methods, please discuss your ideas and activities. Cheers!
