This past year my mortgage was offered to Nationstar by GMAC. They've to become probably the most horrible mortgage business I've handled.
Only recently I obtained a delinquency notice dated July 24 and also the first-line of the notice was: “Our documents show that the regular mortgage payment which was due on August 1 within the quantity of (sum withheld) hasn't been received.”
I've approached them via mail asking regarding how I really could be getting missed fee sees for times which have yet to happen. Are they accepting my intention to become delinquint or do they've some kind of crystal-ball or time-machine.
