I paid $400 to join in 6/6/01, and all I receive was a package and no services

Using my American Express Card, I mailed NADN a $400 dollor fee to join the taxes services. I called them, and they told me to send in all of my w-2forms. Later, someone called me to discuss the forms, and told me that I did not have enough information for
them to help me save money.in a week or two, someone called again, and ask me to do a business online for the amount of $2,400 dollors. This was suppose to help me save on my taxes each year. I have not heard from them since. I relly would like my entering fee of $400 back.
