It saddens me to see that a company can ripoff the people off this bad. Specially in times where everyone is in need. When I found R financial services I first spoke to Juan Gonzales whom identified him self as the Marketing Director for R financial services, he then introduced me to Rolando Rayes the CEO of R financial services. At first Rolando seems very nice and professional we signed all documents and started the proceedings, after 1 week Rolando said that we needed to bring him to small claims, well to make a long story short we after 1 year of me going to court I won the case (Rolando was not even allowed to speak in the court room since in Small claims you can not be represented) so My client did what he was supposed to and sent a check to Rolando. Rolando from that date has vanished... Once in a blue moon I get 1 email like this:

Yes I am back I just got back from Mexico last night. I did see your email and I heard your two voice mails. As I have always told you do not worry about me keeping anything that belongs to others. I have been out for several weeks so let me sort everything out and I will get back to you. And please do not worry about anything I will take care of you as soon as possible.

Well 6 weeks has now gone by and no reponse. No email noone answers the company phne anymore. Oh yes, remember the marketing director Juan Gonzales? Well his phone is now out of service.
I went to the city he got his business lic.in and they told me that R financial business lic. Have been expire since April... Anyways. Please be smarter than I was. They are crocks... Liars. And I will bring them to justice. I have spoken to both the sherifs dept. And local pd, and they both said that act is criminal. So Most like I will be filing out criminal charges against both Juan Gonzales and Rolando Rayes.
