Charging me for a service they are not providing

I don't actually remember where I registered for this website that allegedly directs people great resources to locate grants for college. And so I can't work out how to stop the providers, and they also keep getting me.

Our charge card organization isn't being very useful possibly, informing me that they're necessary to spend retailers immediately.
