Franklin American supplied a GFE (great faith estimate) for my mortgage. The particular quantity, supplied at final, was hundreds more. I had been provided no notice, and was informed just that anything is okay on the way. After I questioned why, they stated "these specific things occur, it's just an estimation" and was bullied, ostensibly being informed "pay or we-don't shut." I'm really disappointed and would not contemplate with them again.
