September 16, I requested 2 various items and my card was billed $39.95. I talked at good duration with customer support before purchasing and was guaranteed that anything was legit. Up to now 7/28/09 I still haven't obtained any item, after calling customer support the very first time I had been provided a UPS tracking range and was informed these products were delivered on July 23, not on July 16 as guaranteed. I had been subsequently informed they'd alter my one month period of time to June 26 in the place of July 15 to ensure I'd thirty days to test these products before they instantly delivered more. I visited the advantages site and also the following number was unacceptable. I named client again, within half an hour from my first phone and was informed that my requested had delivered about the 25th of September also it was delivered to Florida, I reside in Illinois. After I asked why I'd been informed earlier that it had been delivered about the 23rd and today they're stating the 25th and today they've no report of my earlier phone and that I imagine by miracle I simply understood the UPS tracking number. They simply kept stating they might just pass what data they'd using the PC. And so I imagine they've a phantom worker that answers their telephones and assists clients. Additionally they had no idea why my purchase was delivered to Florida. After I request to talk to the supervisor I had been informed that she was the supervisor which her supervisor and also the business proprietor were outoftown and may not be attained. They'dnot consider my phone anyhow, she stated, they've designated individuals to manage grievances plus they never speak with clients. Our guidance to anybody who's actually considering using the services of the corporation must operate.
