After the conversation with customer service, I just sat and cried and got sick to my stomach

I rec'd my statement from Chase today and was appauled to see that I was charged a late fee for $39.00 and an intrest rate increase from 4.99% to 10.99. My payment was for $106.00 and I made a mistake and made it for $100.00. After the customer service call, who could only quote me the rules and regulations and was no one else I could speak to there in the Philippines or the United States. I told her a few choice words and she hung up.

I have never been late on one thing in my life. So tomorrow I am going to Chase and tell the manager whom I know from WAMU and my financial adviser I quit Chase and will draw out every penny I have. Even my 6 grandchildren savings accounts I opened since they were born. I will pay off their card of $5,000 and change and close the account or else they will close it on you and then you will be really stuck. I hope they think that $39 that intrest will save them, they will need it.

Funny, I was with one of my daughters over the weekend and drove by a Chase in La Habra, CA. She said have you heard how Chase is treating people, it is nothing like WAMU. I said Oh, no Jodean I have never had a problem with them, they are really great. Boy, she told me just in time so I would be ready for my breakdown. Good Luck to anyone out there who has a heart and still can help a friend. What goes around comes around.
