A payoff request was given to Saxon Mortgage. They did not check their numbers before giving the correct payoff. Now they are holding the title to my property and will not give it to the new mortgage company until we pay for their error. They do not care about the consumer whatsoever. Hopefully, I will never have to do business with them again.
