They called on the phone and only would talk to me and wanted $1.95 to ship suppose to recive in 3to 5 days never showed up

I was contacted by golbal reach and she said that i inquired about grants on line and said that if i give them a credit card number so they could get $1.95 out for shipping and i would recive a package in 3to 5days.

Well it has been 2 weeks and have not recived anything so i think i have been rip-off
