I trusted in this Law Firm to help me, and they did to my wallet even more. After enrolling in the company debit releif I thought I could sleep better promises to contact my creditors and I was to keep making monthly payment from my checking account and then I was servered at my job with summons to court for small claims agaisnt me. I called Allegro Law they said they would have a attorney to call me back I NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL, then just days before court I called and the person would tell me it has been sent over and I would receive a call in 24 hours from a attorney. Again no calls.in the mean time I was still getting calls at home and work from my creditors they would state they have not heard from them. Now with the one judgement against me and now judgement #2 I can not keep doing this I called Allegro Law they informed me not until I made 4 payments to them thats when my fees are paid and then after that I would make payments to my creditors. So I requested to not particiapate in the program no longer and the gentlemen of the day I talked to said that it would take 5 days for a response to my request of a refund. Which they are not helping me just making things worse. I requested a refund of my money. Then he goes to say that everything is on hold due to issues with the business he would never say what they where when asked. Just that for me to call back in 5 days that he would send over my request and in my contract it stated no refund. I explianed to him I hired them to help me and I have not been helped the longer I am with them I have been sued 2 times and no response from Allegro Law. He stated he was just a call center he has sent over my request to the law firm and I asked who he stated they where in merger with another law firm.
In hopes I can recover from this mistake
