Hopefully this goes out to 'Whomever means' (Maybe United Nations os SOmeone)
that can help END this type of 'Constitutional Rights'... Specially Article 16 and 17 of the Mexican COnstitution, that States something similar to the 'Collection Agency Act' here in the USA, But in MEXICO Authorities and Governments are not respecting!

Also they practice "extortion" sending out "people on bikes (motorcycles) to charge you accounts from banks
violating the "banks secrecy act" and putting documents
stapled or glued on "customers" doors...

Also the same guy that goes on a bike to charge the debt,
on a lot of times tells you that hes also working with the "cops" (police), or the "juducial agents" and that hell proceed with a "suit"..
