I initially contacted Wise Financial to tell them of the error of my Domain Name and they said they would get back to me. Three months later I got a call from a high pressure sales rep that the reason I haven't seen anything on my website was because I haden't purchased his $10K marketing plan. When I said I didn't have that kind of money he suggested a less expensive alternate. I then told him that I was not pleased with the Website and to just cancel the monthly charge. He told me I could not do that and the conversation ended with a lot of yelling.
I am fortunate that I was only taken for the initial $514.95 for the Domain and the loss of $19.95 a month for web hosting.
I would be very interested in anyone knowing how to obtain any kind of reenbursment from and the procucation of the responsible parties.
